Payments
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and PayPal. Card details taken through this website are fully encrypted for security and never stored to ensure your details are safe. Card transactions are processed via a special payment gateway provided by SellerdeckPay powered by ClearAccept to ensure continued compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards with 3D Secure capability.
The Payment Method is configured to Pre-Authorise Transactions and payment will only be authorised and committed after an order has been downloaded and the products are available for despatch. Adjustments will be made for orders that cannot be fulfilled completely due to products being out of stock or no longer available.
Mantra Audio is PCI compliant assured by Security Metrics and do not record or retain customer card details. The same secure payment gateway is also used for telephone orders meaning that card details are entered directly for immediate encryption and not recorded or retained for your security.
Customers may also make payments by cheque drawn on a UK sterling bank.
