Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 1 to 3 business days.
Please check your automated email acknowledgement for orders placed to ensure that the shipping to (delivery) address and order detail is correct and let us know if changes are needed by return before orders are processed.
Orders up to £50 in value are despatched to UK customers by Royal Mail Second Class post service and this does not include tracking. If you require a product that is less than £50 in value to be tracked then select Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for the additional payment amount shown.
Orders over £50 in value will be despatched to UK customers by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. If a faster service is required then please select Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that when selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24 service that next day delivery service will normally be 1 or up to 2 business days depending on the time of day the order was received except when a notice is visible on our order check out pages to advise that the business is closed for processing orders.
UK customers should allow up to 10 business days for delivery as Royal Mail do not accept that a package is lost until after 10 business days. This excludes items in excess of £50 in value that are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 that should be delivered within the above stated time frame.
You must inform us within 2 working days if goods are received damaged in transit or not received after the allowable delivery days so that we can make a prompt claim for loss or damage in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by your postal service is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Returns Policy
Goods are not supplied for trial and return and no refund will be made in such cases. Because of the nature of Hi-Fi Cartridges and Styli and including all items in sealed manufacturers packages, if the seal has been broken or the items are shown to have been used items cannot be returned under the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Rights Act.
We must be notified by e-mail within 5 days of receipt of any incorrect orders or faulty items received when further return instructions will be issued.
Goods returned for Exchange or Refund which are no longer required or have been ordered incorrectly or in error are the responsibility of the Customer who must pay the return postage and Shipping cost. Shipping charges for orders returned from outside the UK are not refundable. The Customer is responsible for the cost and the risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, A proof of postage/shipping should be obtained for goods up to £20 in value and for £20+ value a Tracked and/or Signed For service with sufficient postal insurance to cover the value. This does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are supplied faulty.
Any goods returned for Exchange or Refund MUST be returned as supplied new in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
A Refund will be made for the price of goods found not suitable, defective or faulty providing the goods are returned intact complete with manufacturers original packaging and the returned goods are found to be faulty by oursleves or the manufacturer on inspection. This does not affect your rights regarding manufacturers guarantees for products supplied within the guarantee period as applicable.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
