If you know what you want just browse through our catalogue by manufacturer brand type using either the top menu bar or alternatively the catalogue product group sidebar until you find the item required.
If you are not sure then try entering a manufacturer brand part number in the header quick search bar and view search results.
Ordering is simple once you have found the item required. Just select the quantity and click the basket button. You can check what is in the basket by clicking the View Cart link in the top bar and remove or update quantities if needed before committing your order and if you require more items just continue shopping.
In the event that you realise something is not right with your order after placement then please let us know by the 'Contact Us' link at the foot of the page so we can make an adjustment before processing the order.
It is important that you enter a valid telephone contact number and email address on your order and that the invoice address given is that held by your credit/debit card provider to pass security checks and avoid red alerts.

The price advertised is the total price excluding shipping which is free to UK delivery addresses.

Please be aware that if your order is for delivery to another country (not UK) then additional import tax and/or customs duties may be applied at the delivery country border control point. We recommend that you check out any tax or import duties that may be levied in the receiving country as we cannot be responsible for any such charges applied.

Delivery is free for products supplied to delivery addresses in the UK and small packages are normally sent out by Royal Mail First Class post. Products exceeding £50 in value are sent either by Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on value to cover insurance against damage and loss in transit.

If a guaranteed next day delivery is required for goods less than £50 in value then please let us know so we can arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional £7. This only applies for orders received on weekdays before 14:00 pm and does not include for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for an order placed on Friday.
