{DESCRIPTION}

The Goldring 2100 is a dynamic sounding cartridge with elliptical diamond stylus, producing high frequency clarity and quality sound that can be used to upgrade many budget turntables. The relatively high compliance makes the Goldring 2100 suitable for use on low to medium mass tonearms. All Goldring 2000 series incorporate Moving Iron technology providing high levels of detail normally associated with more expensive Moving Coil cartridges whilst retaining the convenience of a replaceable stylus and high output associated with Moving Magnet cartridge types. A broad range of diamond profiles is available and the stylus is straightforward to replace, allowing for easy upgrades at a later date. Enhanced features include:
• Threaded base, allowing for easy secure fixing to the headshell
• Gold plated connector pins to minimise contact resistance
• Super Permalloy poleshoes to provide high sensitivity
• Super Permalloy shield to reduce noise pick-up
• Permalloy armature tube to reduce mass
• Samarium cobalt magnet for higher output
